My father recently turned the big 4-9 this past week. He’s not much of a sweets, much less a cake guy what so ever. We’ve had Tres Leches before, but nothing that was memorable or out of this world until we met Arturo. His recipe is PERFECTION! It is just right.
Frosting on the cake is not the traditional sugar loaded filler, it’s delicately made with whipped cream and other ingredients and as an added bonus, he fills them with fruits of our choice. This cake was decorated with pure Mexican Chocolate that was just the perfect harmony of milk, chocolate, and cake.
